Overview
The current Zoho integration in Factors is for sending data to Zoho from Factors. This is a part of the workflows feature which allows users to send company and contact level data (using Apollo) to their Zoho CRM
Configuration
Go to settings > Data Management > Integrations and find the Zoho card in the list and click on the card
2. Click on connect
3. You will be redirected to the Zoho authentication screen, accept the permissions
4. That's it! Your Zoho account is authenticated and you can now send leads directly from Factors to your CRM using workflows
