Hidden Accounts

Learn how to use the 'hide accounts' feature in Factors.

Updated over a week ago

Overview

Hide accounts that are not relevant to your organization, from all segments. This feature allows you to maintain a global 'hidden list' where you can hide personal email domains, customers, competitors, partners etc. from being visible across segments.

Things to keep in mind

  1. Currently, this feature only hides companies from your project. It does not remove the companies from identification, nor does it remove it from other features like reports, alerts or workflows.

  2. Accounts once hidden, are hidden across segments. You can see which accounts fall under the hidden accounts list by clicking on 'Show hidden accounts' in a segment.

Using this feature

  1. In any segment, select the accounts that you want to hide by clicking on the checkbox.

2. Click on the 'hide' button to hide the account.

3. You can access the 'hidden accounts' list under 'Settings' -> 'Account Configurations'.

4. Select the checkbox for an account you wish to unhide from this screen, and click on 'unhide'.
