Updated over 2 weeks ago

Overview

To access your Project Settings, simply click on the Gear Icon (⚙️) located at the top-left corner of your screen. Refer to the image below.

When you open the settings, you’ll be taken straight to the General Settings tab. On the left-hand side, you’ll see a menu listing all other available settings options.

Each section in this menu helps you manage different aspects of your project - from basic configurations to more advanced options.

In the following sections, we’ll guide you step-by-step through each setting, so you’ll know exactly what it’s for and how to use it.

Project Settings

General Settings

This section allows you to personalize your project settings within the Factors platform

  • You can update the name of your project to reflect your current workspace or initiative and upload your organization’s logo to create a more branded and tailored experience.

  • You'll also find your project's timezone listed here. This is typically set during the initial onboarding process. If you ever need to update the time zone, simply write to us at support@factors.ai, and our team will be happy to assist.

  • After making any changes, remember to click Save at the top right corner to ensure your updates are applied.

Members

This section allows you to add team members to your project, giving them access to the Factors platform

Project admins can invite users and assign one of three roles: Admin, User, or Viewer.

To invite a user, click the Invite Users button at the top right.

You would be taken to the following screen where:

  • Enter the email addresses of the team members you wish to invite.

  • Select the appropriate permission level from the dropdown next to each email.

  • Once invited, users will receive an email with instructions to join the platform.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Only Admins can invite or remove users from the project.

  • Permission levels can only be changed by an Admin.
