Does Factors SDK slow down my website?

No, because Factors's SDK is an asynchronous SDK which means the loading of the SDK doesn't hinder the loading of other elements on the website or the other SDKs. On top of that, the size of SDK is just 22Kbs. This is one of the lightest marketing tags you would ever come across. Also, the load time of Factors's SDK is less than 10ms for the first time load, and less than 5ms for consecutive loads.

Can Factors perform attribution analysis?

Among several other features, Factors.ai delivers cutting-edge attribution analysis. We provide a range of multi-touch models (time-decay, U-shaped, etc) and we’re always open to creating custom models. Additionally, we automate most of the heavy lifting, empowering you to rapidly generate reports & insights.

Can we get data out of Factors via an API

Yes, you can access data via our webhook functionality (which is similar to an API)

Can Factors SDK track visitors and data across domains? What about sub-domains?

Why am I seeing my domain as a Referrer domain inside Factors?

Whenever websites have meta refreshes or Javascript-based redirects, the URL parameter of the original redirect gets lost. Hence you end up seeing your own domain as the Referrer instead of the original source.

To check if your website also has such redirects set up, ask your engineering team or your SEO expert.

If you need to have those redirects on your website for some reason, we can still solve this issue inside Factors. You can alter the default channel mapping in Factors in the Configure section to remove internal domains as Referrer.

Here, you can exclude internal redirects from being counted as Referral by adding a condition where Referrer Domain not equals <your domain>

This way all your internal redirects won't affect the Referral channel.

Not happy with the support you are getting at Factors and want to escalate your request to founders or department heads?
