Invite your team to your organization’s Factors account

Maximize the benefits of Factors by bringing your team and agency partners into the fold! Encouraging collaboration and sharing insights can streamline workflows and drive results.

Here’s a simple guide to inviting users:

  • Click on the "Settings" icon located in the top right corner of the navigation bar.

  • Choose "Invite Users" from the available options within the Settings menu.

  • Enter the email addresses of the colleagues or agency partners you wish to invite.

  • Select the appropriate role for your colleague:

    • Admin: Grants full access to manage user accounts, roles, and settings.

    • User: Provides standard access to use Factors.ai features for their assigned tasks.

  • After entering the information and setting permissions, click the 'Send Invite.' Your colleagues will receive an email invitation to join your Factors account.
