Factors allows you to choose which website visitors trigger the account identification process using rules that help you focus on those most likely to become customers. This makes your account quota more effective by using identification credits only on visitors who matter to you.

Here are two simple ways to do it:

Target Specific Pages

  • Include: Only identify accounts that visit key pages important for generating leads or engaging customers.

  • Exclude: Ignore visits to pages that don't matter for your goals, like privacy policies or terms of service.

Control by Country

  • Include: Focus on visitors from countries where you actively market or sell.

  • Exclude: Leave out visitors from countries where you don’t operate or can’t serve effectively.

Targeting by webpages

  • Go to Settings > Pricing and click on ‘Enrichment rules’

  • Now add the pages where you want Factors to identify incoming accounts under ‘identify accounts who visited specific pages.’ [make sure to add “www.“ at the start of the URL!]

Targeting by country

  • You can identify accounts that visit from select countries. Just click on ‘add new’ and pick the country.
