This option will require help from your web developer or IT team. Follow the steps below to complete this method:
Copy the SDK code snippet from the onboarding screen.
Share the SDK code with your web developer and ask them to place it in the <head> and </head> tags of your website.
That's it! Once the SDK is successfully placed on your website, Factors will start tracking events and user data automatically.

FAQs
Why do I need to place Factor’s SDK in the <head> section on my website?
Why do I need to place Factor’s SDK in the <head> section on my website?
Placing the SDK in the <head> is essential for the following:
To ensure that you don’t miss out on website visitors and users, and associated UTM parameters leading to incomplete tracking.
To ensure you don’t miss out on any form fills not getting captured. Up to 10% of total form fills might get lost by not placing the SDK correctly.
To ensure SDK doesn’t take long to load. The SDK can take up to 8 seconds due to other async marketing tags if it is not placed in the <head> section.
We are aware that it is generally advised to not place marketing tags in the <head> section due to concerns about page performance. But unlike other marketing tags, Factors SDK is extremely lightweight (22 KBs), asynchronous and doesn’t affect your website performance at all.
