Overview
The Weekly Segment Summary Email feature allows you to automatically receive a summary of your chosen segment(s) via email every week. You can select up to 4 properties to be included in the summary and configure who receives the email. The summary is delivered in a tabular format for the top-20 accounts within the segment. An example for a sample segment is shown below
Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the main account screen and select your preferred segment and click on the email symbol next to search
Configure Digest
Configure your email summary from the pop-up modal by selecting the following :
Receivers email ID(s) - You can choose upto 8 receivers for each summary email
Date and time - This will be the weekly cadence when you will receive your email
Properties - Choose upto 4 properties that you are interested in glancing through
Sorting (optional) - Last seen date is the default option for this field. However, you may choose to sort based on other properties such as engagement score
Once you have configured, click on "Subscribe Digest" and that's it!
Managing your E-mail subscriptions
Head over to the settings page > sharing > Email Digest. Here you will be able to edit or delete existing email summaries that you've setup. You may even subscribe to new email summaries for new segments by clicking "Add New"
Plan wise limits
This feature is available only for paid users with the following limits :
Free Plan → Feature not available
Basic → Up to 5 segments
Growth Plan → Up to 10 segments
Enterprise Plan → Up to 30 segments
