Overview

A content group is a collection of logically related URLs that makes up your overall website’s content. For instance- a collection of blog articles written with a specific intent on your blog would form a content group.

Content Groups inside Factors enable you to group similar pages and evaluate their performance. You can track the influence of your content groups on leads, revenue, and pipeline stages. By comparing the performance of different blog categories, you can identify which content needs to be optimised or scaled. Factors provides a categorical view of website performance that optimises your content marketing efforts.

How to Create a Content Group

Setting up a Content Group inside Factors is simple, just follow along:

  1. Log in to your Factors account and click on the Configuration icon and inside, Click on Content Groups.

  2. Click + Add New to get started. Give your Content Group a name and a description for your team.

  3. Click + New Value and start adding values to your content group.

  4. Hit Save and your content page has now been added to the Content Group. You can multiple pages if they fall under the same content group.

  5. Hit Save on the top right and your Content Group is now set up inside Factors.
