Updated over 9 months ago

The 'All Accounts' screen presents a neat list of all the organizations interacting with your brand across your website, LinkedIn, G2, Google ADs, and other channels that you have integrated with Factors.

It gives you a complete picture of each account's interactions with your business. By tracking account-level data, you can identify key customers and prospects, personalize your marketing efforts, and optimize your sales strategies.

What will you find on the accounts screen

  • Identified Accounts: See details like company name, industry, size, and website visits for accounts recognized through website visits, CRM data, or other sources.

  • Scoring: Each account has a score based on their engagement with your brand across various channels. This score helps you focus on high-value accounts with the highest conversion potential.

  • Engagement Signals: Dive into individual account interactions, including website pages visited, content downloaded, events attended, and CRM activities.

Other tools on the accounts screen

  • Filter: See accounts based on properties like industry, location, CRM engagement, and engagement activities like ad viewed, page seen, and other criteria.

  • Download: Export account data as a CSV file for further analysis or sharing with your team.

  • Segment accounts: Create segmented lists of accounts based on shared criteria like engagement score, account owner, and more to better keep track of their engagement.

  • Search: Quickly locate specific accounts you're looking for with the search.

Take control of your account view

  • Customize the account screen with the 50+ account properties, showing only the information you need most.

  • Simply click on the ‘columns’ button and select the account properties you want to see in the table, and in what order.
