Account Birdeye View
Updated over a week ago

The Account Birdeye view presents the complete engagement individuals from an account have taken with your company over time.

You get to see the activity of the known visitors — who have filled out a form and thus can be tracked- and unknown visitors — who haven’t filled out a form, but we’re able to identify their organization.

How can you get the most out of birdeye view

  1. See individual engagement

    1. This comes in handy when you’re doing an outreach to a contact who has previously filled a lead gen form on your website. Know the content they’ve been engaging with and the other offline touch points they might have had with your company to customize your outreach.

    2. You can also use this data to gauge the person’s intent. For example, they keep seeing the pricing page inside the product, which could mean they want to upgrade, or if they go to G2 to view your product’s category while as a customer, that could mean that they might be considering switching. All great data points to take action.

  2. See anonymous activity

    1. Get to know how unknown visitors from an account are engaging with you.

    2. This is great to get the pulse of an account even when folks from there don’t end up filling a lead gen form on your website.
