Overview
Segment is a Customer Data Platform (CDP) that collects user data on your products from different sources and translates it to be used by other tools such as ours. Using our Segment integration, you can bring in data and properties from all your sources into Factors.
Integration with Factors
Log in to your Factors account and click on the settings icon ⚙️ in the left nav bar and then click Integrations.
Find Segment inside the integrations page and click Enable now.
An API key will appear, copy this API key.
Log in to your Segment account and add Factors as a destination.
Need help with this step? Here’s a guide to help.
Paste the Factors API key (refer to step 3) to enable the integration.
You can now choose to enable all the data sources that you would like to flow into Factors.
And that’s it! Factors can start pulling data from Segment.
