Overview

You can connect Microsoft Teams with Factors to configure real-time alerts for the events you care about like high-intent page visits, change in conversion metrics etc.

Integration with Factors

1. Log in to your Factors account and click on the Settings icon ⚙️ in the left nav bar and then click Integrations.

2. Find Microsoft Teams inside the integrations page and click Connect Now.

3. You will be redirected to Microsoft where you can authorise the integration.

   
   

And that’s it! Factors can now start sending you real-time Alerts on Microsoft Teams to notify you about the events you care about.
