Website Account Identification Report

Now, you can easily see which key accounts are engaging with your marketing and website

Updated over a week ago

We're excited to announce the launch of our latest and most asked feature - Visitor Identification. Now, you can easily see which key accounts are engaging with your marketing and website, even before they've filled out a form. It makes identifying and engaging with these key accounts much easier.

To get up and running, you will need to have completed your setup.

Where to find it

To navigate to the report, use the "profiles" menu and click on "Visitor Identification" within the sub-menu.

Layout and quick-access options

When you first log in, you'll see a view with some quick-access controls and filters. You can quickly select a time range, filter by a channel, or filter by a campaign. We've chosen these 3 quick-access filters with the goal of making it easier to achieve the most recurring ways of analysing account data.

Time Ranges

We've made time ranges accessible in two modes.

The first is for when you're inside Factors, getting a sense of the recent accounts engaging with your marketing. Choose 'last 7 days' to get a glimpse of what's been happening lately.

The other modes are sets of weekly reports, consisting of accounts that visited your page in weekly time frames. This is ideal for sending reports to others in your team. They can view this report without logging in to the product. This makes it easier to collaborate and take action on these accounts. Read more about Sharing below.

Filtering by channel

This Channel filter represents the 'initial channel' of the user who has spent the most time within this account. This is the user responsible for doing the most research about your product.

Now that it is easier to get a sense of accounts coming in from different channels, use this to narrow in on your specific use cases.

Filtering by Campaign

Historically, it would take weeks to understand the type and quality of accounts that your ad campaigns are bringing in.

Now, this cuts down that time frame to just a few days, and it is very easy to achieve. Simply choose 'Filter by Campaign' then search for and select the campaign(s) you want to look into. You'll now have a view with the accounts that are visiting your landing pages and other marketing assets, against the exact campaigns that drove these actions.

The Table

When browsing the data, you can sort by any of the columns, allowing you to narrow down to accounts showing high signals of intent.

We recommend viewing accounts with the highest values for 'Time Spent', combined with the appropriate revenue range and employee size of accounts you are targeting. You can also search across values in this table, or export to CSV by hitting the icon just next to it.

Sharing

When viewing a weekly generated report, you can hit 'Share' (visible on the top right) to send a link to this report that anyone can access - even without logging in.

You can share via email, or you can copy a public link and send this on your team chat.

Sharing helps members of your team who are responsible for reaching out to these accounts, to bring in more deals.
