Overview
You can utilise Salesforce’s CRM data inside Factors to qualify, track and engage your high-intent accounts with Factors web analytics and account identification capabilities. You can build funnels to understand how Opportunities and Leads are progressing down your funnel and build out easy to consume analytics dashboards.
Integration with Factors
Log in to your Factors account and click on the settings icon ⚙️ in the left nav bar and then click Integrations.
Find Salesforce inside the integrations page and click Enable using Salesforce.
You will be redirected to Salesforce where you can authorise the integration.
