Salesforce integration

Overview

You can utilise Salesforce’s CRM data inside Factors to qualify, track and engage your high-intent accounts with Factors web analytics and account identification capabilities. You can build funnels to understand how Opportunities and Leads are progressing down your funnel and build out easy to consume analytics dashboards.

Integration with Factors

  1. Log in to your Factors account and click on the settings icon ⚙️ in the top navigation bar and then click Integrations.

  2. Find Salesforce inside the integrations page and click Enable using Salesforce.

  3. You will be redirected to Salesforce where you can authorise the integration.

What objects does Factors pull from Salesforce?

We pull the following objects from your Salesforce data based on the plan:

Basic Plan:

  • Opportunity

  • Account

  • User

Growth Plan:

  • Lead

  • Contact

  • Account

  • Opportunity

  • Campaign

  • Campaign Member

  • Task

  • Event

  • User

For these objects, we pull all associated fields within the object by default.

What permissions does Factors need?

  • Access the identity URL service

  • Manage user data via Web browsers

  • Manage user data via APIs

  • Perform requests at any time
