Overview

Factors' Profiles feature is an Account-based analytics feature that allows you to analyze the behaviour and engagement of individual accounts by aggregating data from various sources, such as your website and CRM. With Profiles, you can gain insights into the behaviour of key customers and prospects and personalize your marketing efforts to improve engagement and conversions.

Building a Profiles Report

Building a Profiles report inside Factors is easy, just follow along:

  1. Log in to your Factors account and click on Reports in the top Navigation Bar.

  2. You will now see your dashboard. From there simply click on + New Report and choose Profile Report.

  3. This will open the Query Builder where you can start building your Profiles report.

Adding profiles

  1. To start, select a Segment you wish to Analyse.

    1. All Users: List of all users with data aggregated across Website, CRM and other touch points.

    2. All Accounts: List of all accounts with data aggregated across Website, CRM records, LinkedIn engagement, G2 intent etc.

    3. Identified Companies: List of companies identified on your website.

    4. LinkedIn Company Engagements: List of companies that engaged with your ads on LinkedIn.

    5. G2 Engagements: List of companies that engaged with your G2 page.

    6. HubSpot Companies: List of companies from your HubSpot Company object.

    7. HubSpot Deal: List of deals from your HubSpot Deal object.

    8. Salesforce Account: List of companies from your Salesforce Account object.

    9. Salesforce Opportunity: List of opportunities from your Salesforce Opportunity object.

  2. Add filter(s) onto the selected profile to slice and dice the data and get the exact information you need.

  3. Add a breakdown to segment the data and visualise the fields you wish to see.

  4. Add more filters to slice data into actionable insights.

Saving a report

You have just built a report you wish to save and share with your team. Here’s how you can do that:

  1. Click on the Save button on the top right

  2. Give your report a name and a small description and hit Save.

And that’s it! That is how you can create a Profile report inside Factors, add Filters, Breakdown and Save your report.
